CIVIL CIVIC ANNOUNCE AUTUMN TOURDATES
CIVIL CIVIC are still Australian, still have a nut-kicking robot drummer, still don’t sing,and still regularly tear up club stages of Europa. Their debut album “Rules” is eagerly anticipated by their hardcore yet sophisticated and devastatingly handsome fan base.
Pundits have in the past been confused as to what genre the Civvies racket falls under, admitting that they aren’t danse punk, shoe gays or post wok. But it’s easy really, they are (select your answer) :

C A Party band for A-list dropouts and pre-hab delinquents.
D Kinda like The Ventures on peyote, or Big Black remixing The Police, or Sonic Youth with Synths, and a Drum Machine, but not quite as cool, and not quite as old. Did I mention they don’t sing? Can you get any smack?
