Ted Milton was a puppeteer before he founded BLURT. “Puppeteers Of The World, Unite!” was the first song he wrote & recorded – it was released by Factory Records on The Factory Quartet double album in 1980, then again the following year on the concert recording “Blurt In Berlin”, & then reissued last year on the Fac Dance compilation…

Ted Milton will begin each show on this tour with a short “puppet” performance to introduce this song –  BLURT will then play material from its earliest back catalogue right up to its most recent work – including the as-yet unreleased “Vous Etes Ici” written with Graham Lewis (Wire) – (the first performance of this song can be seen on utube under “Blurt At The Macbeth)…
