New on roster: Christine Gensheimer (animation films)

Christine Gensheimer is a visual artist, animator and director who lives and works in Bielefeld, Germany.

Her works have been shown at the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg, the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf and the Bielefelder Kunstverein, among others. Her video works have also recently been shown at the 71st International Short Film Festival in Oberhausen, the European Union Short Film Festival in Ottawa and the Dresden Film Festival, among others.

Her works are represented in public and private collections such as the Kunsthalle Bielefeld Collection, the Rheingold Collection and the Viehof Collection.

Since 2005, she has produced animated film contributions for the Karambolage programme on Arte and has designed music videos for various musicians: Jaakko Eino Kalevi, Sean Armstrong (Spinning Coin, Slipper) and Saeko Killy.

Julie Tippex is proudly presenting a solo programme of her short animation films fitted for everyone (children, families and any curious audience) with the curation and mediation of Marie-Pierre Bonniol.
